Permanently rearranged my work schedule to ensure I have time to go to the gym consistently every week. I hate to get firm with my jobs and say no when they need me. I have to set priorities though and hey, I'm worth it
I'm in the sauna as I type this on my phone. Just finished strength training (arms) and 30 minutes on the Cybex. Feeling great today.

Doing a circuit this week:
Chest press on fitness ball (35 lbs, 15 reps)
Single arm rows - 35 lbs, 15 reps each arm
Lat Pull downs - 80 lbs, 15 reps
30 walking lunges
15 swinging squats with 20 lbs raises
15-20 walking push ups
20 leg raises
Do this routine three times then follow it with 1/2 hours straight cardio.
Will do this 3 days this week and will do 1 hour cardio the other two days. I'm in a cutting phase! Bulking up is so much easier. This circuit stuff kicks my ass!
