OK, OK, OK, this one is a bit high in fat but holy cow does this sound good!

To reduce the fat content you can use half and half or fat free milk (although I would tell you to never use anything less than 2% fat and would encourage full fat products). Same with the cream cheese. There are ways to lower the calorie/fat content of this recipe but I am not one of those who tell you to be careful of fats, most women do not get enough on a low carb diet and fat is fuel when you are not eating carbs.
