Struggling with Fatigue Lately

When you have your levels checked at the doctor, make sure they check your magnesium level.  Low magnesium levels will show a weakness is muscles.  I was feeling that in my leg muscles and started taking 250mg of magnesium and haven't had a probelm since.

I take a magnesium supplement every night before bed so I doubt its magnesium. I take my B-complex supplement at that same time and what I just read is that it is better to take it in the morning so I am leaning toward b-vitamin issues.

Definitely take the B vitamin in the morning. b's are the energy vitamins. You don't want a lot of energy at bedtime,it is wasted and may interrupt your rest at night. GL
