Exercise of the Day - Russian Twists

If you have never done these before I will almost certainly guarantee you will have sore abs tomorrow, particularly your abdominal obliques. You can do this with a plate, a dumbbell, a medicine ball, a can of sou*****thing tat all.

We do russian twists at kettlebell class. I told my teacher anything with an eastern European name is scary.  Like the very scary "turkish get ups'.
