Orange Theory this morning. Fatigue really got the best of me. Only burned 520 calories.

No more workouts planned until Saturday at noon!

Easy day for me- 1 hour cardio on the elliptical. That'll be 5.5-6.0 miles.

I am NOT caving so no need for a recovery plan!!  :)

I am soooo excited.  I am starting back tonight with my dog agility class. I will be taking it easy to start with.  Only short drills and NO lifting the equipment for set up. 

I took the late spring and summer off from class and trialing because I had to take care of my parents who were very ill. 

I can not wait for my class members to see me.  I have lost quite a bit of weight since last spring.
