Exercise of the Day - Interval Sprints
No gimmicks here, straight up sprint intervals:
Start with a 2 minute jogging warm up, walk for 1 minute, then:
30 second jog right into a 2 minute all out sprint (as fast as you can sustain for 2 mins)
1 minute walk
30 second jog right into a 1 min 45 sec all out sprint
1 minute walk
30 second jog right into a 1 min 30 sec all out sprint
1 minute walk
30 second jog right into a 1 min 15 sec all out sprint
1 minute walk
30 second jog right into a 1 min all out sprint
1 minute walk
30 second jog right into a 45 sec all out sprint
1 minute walk
30 second jog right into a 30 sec all out sprint
2 minute walk
3 minute jog3 minute walk
