Beginners Exercise - 8 minutes! Get Out and Move Today!
This is similar to my no nonsense workout that I talk about from time to time. This should be doable for just about anyone. If you have to drop to your knees for the push ups or do step outs instead of jumping jacks, that is ok, but do every one it calls for.
Today is a good day to push yourself. Work a little harder, tell your body that you are in charge and in control of what it does, that you are not a slave to your weight, your sore knees, your "I can't do that" mindset. I am here to tell you that your worst enemy sits between your shoulders. Your mind will quit long before your body does! PU****! Get Up and Move Today!
