Exercise of the Day - Abs!
No challenge throw down here..LOL. .I'd be lucky to get through one set with my jacked up back and legs. I walk about an hour a day and have converted my desk so I have to stand all day. It's not fun so far. I hope it gets easier. I have an appointment with my chiropractor once a week to try to help manage the pain. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
