This is a pretty comprehensive Ab Routine! I challenge you to do this 3 times with 2 mins rest between each!

This looks exactly like the routine we had to do at boot camp.  Except it was longer/more reps.

Sounds like someone is throwing down a challenge to the group here!

OK, how about 5 times through with 30 seconds of rest? Who can do it?

No challenge throw down here..LOL.  .I'd be lucky to get through one set with my jacked up back and legs. I walk about an hour a day and have converted my desk so I have to stand all day.  It's not fun so far. I hope it gets easier. I have an appointment with my chiropractor once a week to try to help manage the pain.  Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
