don't rush into weights, give yourself a full 8 weeks. You don't want to herniate an incision.

I hear you on that.  I do not want any set backs. I made huge strides last week. My lightheadedness/ dizzyness went away. I am feeling much stronger. Focused on walking the dog with some small hill climbs.

I'll will be at 8 weeks on Nov 7th.   He will have me doing light easy weights for 1 month and then at 12 week, it's go time!!  :)

Starting W: 320  Surgery W (9/12/13): 279.8.

hoping to do a total body class at Lucille Roberts but I'm going on day four of vertigo no  Getting my ears checked later today and hoping for the best.  If I'm still wobbly later I might just do straight up running on the treadmill.  Ugh!

Vertigo sounds fun...not! feel better, don't pu**** with the vertigo, the last thing you want to do is face plant in the middle of an exercise.

LOL seriously!  I'm off balance normally so with the vertigo it's extra fun!  I might stick to the treadmill or maybe just weights with the hubby...we shall see!

Do this set three times - no breaks between exercises.
