S - unsweetend apple sauce

D - 1 egg with cheese

W - killing it

L: salad w/ grilled chicken

S: protein hot chocolate

D: chicken burger w/ melted mexican cheeses and salsa

S: veggies and hummus

vits: one more calcium

water: behind but I'll get it done

exercise: I did the advanced level of WW Punch DVD but wanted more so I then did the beginner level too.

D- Egg white, ground beef and veggie scramble

having a great day today!!

B_ egg cup with reduced fat corn  beef hash/cheese,

s: none

L-Stoup-turkey sausage, chicken, beans/w-cabbage, stewed tomatoes, v-8 juice. protein 1.5 oz.

D: grilled chicken thigh, Brussels sprouts

s: think will need a bit more protein, so either hot choc., or unjury chicken soup.

w: good shape,

V- on track

x: aquasizes

Day four of vertigo...

B: half an apple pie quest bar

L: leftover lemon chicken, a little carrot mash, and a piece of broccoli

S: some smart puffs

S2: (pre workout) half a quest chocolate peanut butter bar

D: I think I might try these butternut squash and black bean enchiladas.  I bought a bag of TJ's low carb tortillas and never used them! Ay Carumba!

S: probably nothing

Fluid: ok

Vits: i gotta get on that

X: some treadmill work since I'm still feeling off balance

band to sleeve revision and loving life!

L- snack size kitkat bar and a reeses pumpkin from my kids halloween stash

S- more candy

D- Cheesecake

S- 2 inch x 2 inch square of pizza

Vitamins in

Water in the form of coffee all day

Self-control:  totally out the window... I'll try again tomorrow.
