L-Stoup-turkey sausage, chicken, beans/w-cabbage, stewed tomatoes, v-8 juice. protein 1.5 oz.
D: grilled chicken thigh, Brussels sprouts
s: think will need a bit more protein, so either hot choc., or unjury chicken soup.

B: half an apple pie quest bar
L: leftover lemon chicken, a little carrot mash, and a piece of broccoli
S: some smart puffs
S2: (pre workout) half a quest chocolate peanut butter bar
D: I think I might try these butternut squash and black bean enchiladas. I bought a bag of TJ's low carb tortillas and never used them! Ay Carumba!
