Interesting Change - Fatigue Update from Last Week

So last week or thereabouts I posted that I was having trouble with fatigue, particularly when exercising in that a few minutes in I was feeling wiped out. So this week that has gone but I am equally unclear as to why. My stress levels are up, my sleep is way off this week and I am only averaging about 4 hours per night or less and in that 4 hours I wake up several times. So no good sleep. My diet and exercise has remained relatively unchanged but I am not experiencing the fatigue this week. Don't get me wrong I am tired as heck and very grumpy but no fatigue. Also no explanation. Oh well I will enjoy it while it lasts. Only two more days of hell week and then I get to get some sleep.

Thanks for the update.  Our bodies are very interesting.  I don't think we will fully understand them.

Glad to know you don't have the fatigue this week.  I hope it stays like that!!

LOL -- it's that extra fat you adding. It's providing fuel for your work outs.

Maybe you were just fighting off some bug.  As long as you are bouncing back, just keep an eye on it.  Fatigue was part of my downfall before, but it turned out that I was anemic.  Doing less and eating more because I was sooo incredibly tired is what landed me here!
