I Will Never Make An Excuse to Not Exercise Again

I decided to try 6am classes at Orange Theory every day this week so I was in a Monday morning class for the first time. There was an old man with fairly serious stage of Parkinsons signing up for the class and he did every single bit of it. Talk about inspiration. My first thought when I saw him was "how is this guy going to get through this class and what if he falls?" The class wasn't easy either. We had to do step ups with dumbbells, we did glider pikes, glider lunges, and glider rollouts, single leg squats, and we had to run off the tread mill and make the belt spin at a running pace for 30 seconds. So we are talking about one of the top 5 hardest classes I have ever done and this guy did it all like a trouper. Usually someone's first class they puke. This guy just plowed right through.

All I can say is WOW and I will feel like a douche the next time I say I don't feel like working out.

There's a man at my gym who is a double amputee. He works out (hard) all the time with prosthetic legs. He is my motivator, and he doesn't even know it.

You should tell him! It's nice to hear when you are inspiring someone and just might make his day.
