Make a plan! If you leave it up in the air you can just as easily go home and sit on the couch if you dont!

I did PIlates this morning.   My daughter is introducing me to Jillian Michael's 30-day shred program tonight....I'm a little scared!  I've seen what she looks like when she's finished that workout  indecision

I think Shred has 3 levels so you can start out a bit less intense than what you see. I have heard good things.

I did 21mins on the bike already and plan on doing another 10 on bike or go for a  walk with hubby this evening.
