Lost my focus last week, lost my grandmother on  Sunday.

But I was back in the gym last night because this is what I need to be doing in my life.  So tonight will be chest, shoulders, and triceps.  And maybe some treadmill time for some HIIT.

Very sorry to hear about your grandmother. That's a pretty good reason to lose focus. The gym will make you feel better. It always does.

I forgot to put mine this morning

Orange Theory at 6:00am - 630 calories burned - 25 mins of running with only 30 seconds of walking after 90 squats and 90 side lunges. Legs are a bit spent.

Orange Theory at 6:00pm - we will see how this goes. My legs are tired and sore so hopefully I will recover a bit before then because I also have one at 6am thurs morning again. This is going to be brutal.

Belly dancing class tonight. Today is one of my "easy" days (the other easy day is my day off, haha). I actually wish my instructor would pick up the pace during class a bit so I get a better workout, but I guess it's a nice low intensity cardio day if I keep moving.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
