I've hit that wall a few times... quite a bit lately, actually. A lot of non-weight loss related things make it difficult to focus on the WL.

That's when a take a deep breath, sit quiet for a moment, and pray. Just... let it go.

Best advice I can give.

What I try to do is lay off myself a little bit- When the pressure is on, and things are not going well- sometimes my victory is simply to "Do No Harm".  In other words, I may not make a lot of progress, but if I can just keep from digging a hole in the wrong direction it is enough.

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!
