Outstanding. They key to a long term successful relationship with your gym is finding something that is fun for you. If you go and its all sweaty work that you are sore from for the next day, eventually you will get tired of it. But if you can go and have fun it is something that you will start to look forward to.
Don't wear yourself out the first week. I tell my newbies to not go for any more than 20 minutes for the first week. You don't want your first week to feel like a chore, you can get down to business next week.
