Today is one of my favorite class days.  back to back circuit training classes.  1- Insane circuit training 2 - Armed, Ab'd and Toned.

55 minutes each class.

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!

Today was my first day at the gym....and I survived! lifted weights and did 30min on the treadmill. I did watch a Zumba class for a minute..broke into a sweat jus****ching. It looked fun so I plan to try it out soon.

Outstanding. They key to a long term successful relationship with your gym is finding something that is fun for you. If you go and its all sweaty work that you are sore from for the next day, eventually you will get tired of it. But if you can go and have fun it is something that you will start to look forward to.

Don't wear yourself out the first week. I tell my newbies to not go for any more than 20 minutes for the first week. You don't want your first week to feel like a chore, you can get down to business next week.
