What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Hump Day!
I managed to get in two workouts yesterday even though neither was particularly effective. Morning workout was bad because of my knee/calf/leg injury (the pain keeps spreading) and my evening workout was not great because I didn't do it until 9:00pm so the intensity was not there.
Tonight is Orange Theory!
My hip is getting better, and I'm back to being able to walk again. So I walked to work this morning and will walk home, walked on my break, will walk during lunch and in my afternoon break. Yippee!!!

Not a good day at all!!!
I got to the gym during my the break (work a split shift), parked the car and my not feeling well got exponentially worse. I headed to my mother's house just up the street to see if I would feel better. Ended up feeling worse, called in sick for the afternoon portion of my shift and have had to spend the rest of the day on my couch napping and drinking water!
Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
