Recipe of the Day - Protein Shakes
I hear and see a lot of people whining about how they don't like protein shakes. That's almost like saying they don't like food (which we all know is a damn lie). There are as many ways to make protein shakes as well I don't know what but here are a bunch for you to enjoy. If you don't like protein shakes I am saying you are not using your imagination.

There is so much difference in how each type of powder tastes and then each powder tastes different if it is made with water, milk, coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, or rice milk. Then you can add stuff to it from simple sugar free coffee syrups or sugar free flavored coffee creamers, instant coffee, sugar free instant pudding mix, extracts (vanilla, almond, banana, coconut, etc.). Sugar free jellies from Smuckers, Light and Fit flavored greek yogurt. The list goes on and on.
When I was a kid I loved Ovaltine Chocolate Malt and I recently saw a video where a body builder was adding it to his shakes. Turns out that 2 tablespoons only has 8 carbs so once or twice a week on my higher carb days.
They key to success with protein shakes is to switch it up!
