I missed my Orange Theory class this morning but I am trying to book one for tonight. If not I will go to the regular gym and work on my abs!

I am going to the gym for the first time in much, much, much too long!

I think chest, shoulders and triceps would be a great workout and maybe even a little time on the treadmill.

I will be going to the gym after work to work out with my brother (who happens to be a personal trainer), but I don't think I will be able to do arms today (see the topic I posted about it), so I will just being doing cardio, abs and lower body work outs :)

Monday is my night for Spin Class.

But......snow and freezing rain is in the forecast for later today.  If the roads look like they are going to get bad, I will have to skip it and head straight home.  :(

Just got home from the gym. I am passing a kidney stone, so I kept it simple and did 30mins on the treadmill.
