Nothing!!!! Last night was my first night back with my trainer and I KNOW I burned a LOT of calories. He told me to REST until Thursday's session.
Last night: 5.5 miles on the bike at a intensity of 9, squats and weights!!!

Kettlebells. First day back after my injury. My palm is still slightly swollen with a small area of numbness, and there is some mild pain and stiffness when I make a fist, but I think I'll be OK. My anxiety went through the roof after my injury, so I'm really hoping I can at least get a decent work out in. I've been running, but I miss my kettlebells and box jumps and burpees and ropes
