Friday is usually my rest day but I took an Orange Theory Class this morning, rest on Sunday!

What is Orange Theory class consist of?

Orange Theory is a 60 min High Intensity Interval Training class that is split between weights and cardio. It is different every day so there is nothing your body can get used to. You wear a heart rate monitor and you can see in real time how's my calories you are burning so you can adjust your intensity to meat your goals.

I did a 45 minute TaeBo bootcamp class I found online with Billy Banks (?) then went out and enjoyed the 50 degree day and went for a 4.72 mile jog/walk!!!!!  Trying to get back in the groove while still not able to drive!

  I'm not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday!
