15 min on elliptical, 15 min on recumbent bike and 15 min on treadmill. Followed by strength training circuits.

That's a great workout and honestly one of my best periods of burning fat was when I used this pattern.

Getting ready to wake the hubster and head to gym right now. Will do 30 on treadmill, 30 on bike and 10-15 on arm bike machine thingy lol

A bit sore from last nights workout.  30 mins of upper body and then 25 mins on the stair climber.  Holy cow, that machine kicked my a$$!  Love it!!

Today. I plan on doing legs and 30 mins cardio.  I  just might try the treadmill/elliptical/bike combo for something new.

Then later take the dogs for a long walk up the hill.

20 minute kettle bell workout today.  Yesterday did 30 minutes on the recumbant bike followed by twice around the weight machines.  I'm hoping I can do better with my exercising for the new year, because I haven't been that consistant.

Highest weight:  287    Surgery weight:  279   Current weight:  150

Tried Pure Barre for the first time today, great class! Hard but went by fast - probably won't be able to climb stairs tomorrow :)

Two weeks out from surgery and I did a full 60 min spin class! Didn't hit it as hard as usual, but did the whole thing!
