15 min on elliptical, 15 min on recumbent bike and 15 min on treadmill. Followed by strength training circuits.

A bit sore from last nights workout. 30 mins of upper body and then 25 mins on the stair climber. Holy cow, that machine kicked my a$$! Love it!!
Today. I plan on doing legs and 30 mins cardio. I just might try the treadmill/elliptical/bike combo for something new.
Then later take the dogs for a long walk up the hill.
