I Worked Out Today, Did You? - Wednesday
What is Orange Theory?
Well last night I did 4 miles on the bike and had a workout session with my personal trainer. I am going to go today to try to get in a few miles on the bike today. I have to build my endurance back up to what it once was before surgery.
I was a WHIMP last night lifting those weights.

Orange Theory is a High Intensity Interval Training Class. You can read more about it here.
It takes time to build up, but you will get there. 10 months ago I couldn't jog to the end of my driveway and I am going to be doing a 10K next month.
I had cellulitis in my leg a few months ago and have not been to the gym since. I am ready to change this. My wife is a teacher and I get to use the school gym for free. She is just figuring out when I can use it. So next week I am starting back with the exercise. It is a decent gym with cardio, free weights, and nautilus equipment.
Not sure what the plan is for tonight. I was going to do the Spin Class.
My dog kept me up all night vomiting. He is still at the vet (doing better). I am dead tired and stressed out. I pick him up late this afternoon.
I REALLY need to shampoo my carpet!! Not sure that will count as exercise. :)
I love that "That's not sweat on your face, it's fat crying"... I did 30 minutes on treadmill with some incline and did some weights for a while. Made up for a lazy morning.

Oh, I forgot to mention--I'm not a weigher (I way in about every 3 months), but I weighed myself right before exercising and then afterward and had lost 1 pound.
