Well I was supposed to hit Orange Theory this morning. I was shooting for 6-7 classes this week. Unfortunately I woke up to a face full of dog vomit at 2 am only to find that was not the only end my little baby was having a problem with. Since my little baby is a 100 lb German Shepherd you can image the mess I was treated too. After an hour of one of the most disgusting things I have had to do...in my life...I naturally had trouble getting back to sleep. I may even have had a nightmare or two over the incident. Anyway when the alarm rang at 5am to get ready, I just didn't have the juice. So today is an unexpected rest day. I guess I will have to make up for it on Sunday.

OMG what an awful way to wake up!  I'm going to try to find a bathing suit so I can swim in the gym I joined (only if there isn't anyone in the pool).  Otherwise, I'm doing the treadmills and weights

Awe poor doggie..... I hope he feels better soon. 

Well I am not doing JACK today. My trainer kicked my buttocks AGAIN last night but I SURVIVED. SQUATS and all. 6 miles on the bike again also!!!

 

I am going to get my tail up tomorrow morning and hit the gym though. Do my 6 miles and try to lift some weights. My trainer says I am pretty WEAK right now compared to what he is use to me lifting.  I do see my muscle definition coming through though. I want the ole skool Tina Turner arms!!!

45 minute swim on my lunch break plus some weight lifting and walking this afternoon.

Awww I hope your baby is feeling better!!

I completed my crossfit circuit class (1hour) and signed up for personal training in addition!

I found a suit (x-large) which is pretty amazing being I used to not be able to find one that fit me.  I got to swim--I felt pretty good when I went to the pool locker room and saw a couple of hefty ladies getting ready to swim.  I absolutely LOVE swimming--I think this will be my saving grace!  I did 20 minutes on treadmill (didn't have my good tennis shoes) and some weights.
