Shreduary Post #10 - Metcon Full Body Training
If you are looking for an approach to a full body workout that claims to amp up your metabolism, check out this Metcon (metabolic conditioning) workout on Men's Fitness. This doesn't just apply to men, so ladies take a look too. The overall approach is nothing new but I think the combination of exercises and the full body approach make it a combination that might just work out. I have not tried this myself yet, but I found the article good and the approach is pretty solid so I will be giving this a go the week after next when I am out of town on business and will not have access to my normal gym.
Metabolic Conditioning workouts, or MetCons for short, are fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat.
