I must be in ketosis.
I'm on my pre-op diet and last night at work I almost ripped a Greek salad and onion rings out of my coworkers delicious fingers.
Today I had a protein drink for breakfast and am dancing around my apartment like a fool like HAYYYY, doing the running man, and singing every song...and not even hungry.
Seriously? I've been home for several hours just hanging out and haven't been hungry even once. Heck, I found a freaking package of hot cheetos and starbursts and I wrapped them up to give away. Definitely making progress LOL.
Also, I am a FANTASTIC dancer today.
Funny you mentioned running man, the other day I was running man and t-stepping all over the house like crazy. I like it better than treadmilling or jogging and it's exercise, so why the heck not! Do it as much as you feel like!!!
You can tell you're finally in ketosis because you'll have a lot more energy even though you're still low carbing. Just remember to keep drinking plenty of water.
