I Worked Out Today, Did You? - Monday!
I haven't posted on this thread in a while.......
Here's my workout for the coming week:
1. 20 squats to shoulder press, 20 pounds alternating arms for press 10 & 10)
2.10 Forward Plate Lunges (Hold 35 lb plate with straight arms over head)
3. 10, 10, 10 push ups (close, regular, wide)
4. 10 chin ups
5. 15 machine rows - 115 lbs
Rest 2 minutes after the set of exercises and repeat this set 2 more times and followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical. Makes a nice 60 minute workout. Felt great when I was all done.
VSG on 07/08/13 with
Rode the recumbent bike for 41 minutes today...got in nearly 7 miles at 10 mph with high resistance. My quads are starting to look awesome!
