Recipe of the Day - Two Fat Lady's Meatloaf
I read this recipe and the only thing that popped into my mind is a whole lot of flavor. This recipe appears to be a bit high in fat so if you are in the early stages or trying to stay low fat, then you might want to pass on this one. I would also use grass fed butter for the recipe and I will most likely leave out the chicken livers. But it sounds good.
