Exercise Question

VSG on 12/31/13

I was cleared for walking and recumbent bike immediately after surgery. No lifting more than 20 pounds until 4wks. No water sports until the scabs were completely healed (I still have one that's not quite there yet.)  I have been doing strength training for about 2 weeks now. I can't do any machines that work my knees because I have a complex meniscus tear in my left knee, but I'm getting it fixed next week.

HW: 229 ; SW: 208 (-21);  GW: 125
