This was not a good day for me. I had some really bad stomach cramps today, not sure why, still not feeling that great. Halfway through my run this morning my knee popped and now it hurts like hell. Probably shouldn't have finished my run but I did. Anyway I had an hour long Orange Theory.

I did the 30 Day Shred (level 2) first thing when I got up this morning. SOON I will be able to complete all the plank jacks and plank twist things! I'm getting close. I always feel so good and energized when I start the day with some exercise! I may try to get some walking in at lunch time or after work depending on what the weather is like.

I wish wish wish I could get back at it! My last run was 4.5 miles a week and a half ago! I'm 6 days post op so cutting myself some slack. I am back at school today and the 1/4 mile walk from the parking lot and up 4 flights of stairs wiped me out!

Yeah, you just need to chill out for a couple of weeks and heal up. You will get cleared for light exercise after about 3 weeks but I would wait at least 6 to run and 8 for any heavy lifting.

Believe me, I am! Just going to and from classes today made me nauseated. I can't I imagine trying to run at this point.

Did my first 5k on Saturday.  not your typical 5k though.  It was a 5k Snowshoe.  I burned 938 calories.  What a great work out.  I was so proud of my race.  It was no way easy going through loose snow and up hills.  I finished strong and was ready for more!!

Tonight, I will do the spin class.  Looking forward to it as I start to prepare for my first long cycle in April.  Planning a 40 mile ride around the tulip fields.

That sounds awesome!  Great job!  I would love to try something like that if they had them around NYC.
