I Worked Out Today! Did You? - Monday
This was not a good day for me. I had some really bad stomach cramps today, not sure why, still not feeling that great. Halfway through my run this morning my knee popped and now it hurts like hell. Probably shouldn't have finished my run but I did. Anyway I had an hour long Orange Theory.
Did you workout today?
I did the 30 Day Shred (level 2) first thing when I got up this morning. SOON I will be able to complete all the plank jacks and plank twist things! I'm getting close. I always feel so good and energized when I start the day with some exercise! I may try to get some walking in at lunch time or after work depending on what the weather is like.
Did my first 5k on Saturday. not your typical 5k though. It was a 5k Snowshoe. I burned 938 calories. What a great work out. I was so proud of my race. It was no way easy going through loose snow and up hills. I finished strong and was ready for more!!
Tonight, I will do the spin class. Looking forward to it as I start to prepare for my first long cycle in April. Planning a 40 mile ride around the tulip fields.
