We are going to have an "appetizer dinner"!  It's easy, fun and fairly healthy.  We'll be having shrimp w/****tail sauce (easy on the ****tail sauce for me), Trader Joe's spinach/cheese stuffed mushrooms, some Trader Joe's spinach/kale greek yogurt dip (hubby will have chips with it, I'll use baby carrots or celery....ok, maybe a couple chips!) and some slices of delicious cheese.

If I get real motivated then I might whip up some chocolate/peanut butter protein balls for a little "dessert".

For a treat - I made Eggface's (www.theworldaccordingtoeggface.com) Protein Pie - it's reminiscent of the chocolate layered dessert that we all grew up on and loved!  Good stuff - full of protein.  My only complaint is that's it's too much - filled a 9 x 13 dish - too much chocolate to have around - but would be great to serve for a party or group - I doubt people would realize it's sugar-free.
