Incision Pain Question

I had surgery in April 2013....almost a year ago.  I still have pain with one of my incisions...the largest one that took forever to heal.  Is this fairly common this many months out? 

I did not have the pain as long as a year maybe 6 mos.from what I recall  I was April 2012.Let them know ! Good luck ! 

Sounds like maybe some scar tissue.  I have other scars (not from surgery) that would get sharp pains in it even 2 years out.  They developed keloid type scars and this type of scar tissue can continue to grow for a long time.  Not sure if that's what your experiencing but worth noting :)
