I Worked Out Today! Did You? - TGIF
Holy Crap TGIF!
I ended up working out last night too and then again this morning. 2 workouts in less than 10 hours. Both 1 hour Orange Theory whi*****luded running at 10mph at 3% incline for 1 min. Today I was a little gassed as I only got about 4 1/2 hours of sleep last night. Gonna be a rough day. On the upside I am over halfway to my step goal for the day and I only missed yesterday's by 300 steps despite not even being 1/3 of the way there when I left work at 6pm.

Flew to London yesterday and missed my workout, so TGIF, did a double workout after some morning meetings with the client. Nice hotel gym, so:
1 hour cycling: 15m warmup, 5m/4m/3m/2m/1m hill-climb simulation intervals + 4x1m VO2 max intervals = cool down
Weights - 2x: pushups, incline pushups, dumbell press, dumbell row, front and side planks, rear lunge, jump squats
Heaviest: 313/VSG Pre: 295/Surgery: 260/Maintenance target:190 - Recent: 195 (08/15/19)
1st 2015&2016 12-Hour Time Trial UMCA 50-59 Age Group
1st 2017 Race Across the West 4-Person 50-59 Age Group
4th 2019 Race Across America 8 Person Team
Upper body stuff... core stuff like back extensions, crunches, etc.

Um, well, I got six strands of beads. Considering I was the loudest, drunkest and most outrageous of my little group, I was the only one who got beads, I think :) One cool strand, I stole off of some guy after he bought me a drink and I left him standing there with two drinks in his hand. Yeah, I was UNLEASHED. That's what happens when you're so tightly wound your whole life. LOL
