Sounds like you need to do 1 legged squats for now. How about a stationary bike? Rower? You can still do leg work on some machines, you could do leg curls and leg extensions.

Yeah, I could do all that.  I think I'm going to attempt KB on Monday.  He can always modify for me if I can't do something.  I'm feeling much better this afternoon for unknown reasons, and the swelling is almost gone.

Oh Deena. It sucks that it's still bothering you. It looked terrible when I last saw you (I have this vision of you hobbling through airport security). Eric better be taking care of you! You could work out your core I guess? And maybe free weights?

Or, you could take it easy and drink some wine. That's what I'd do.

Miss you  Trying to figure out if I can swing through Texas on my cross country drive to San Diego this summer.

It's so much better!  It's hardly even swollen.  I just jacked it up this morning getting it stuck putting on my yoga pants.  Seriously, I am ******g grace in motion.  I am carb detoxing!  No alcohol!  G and I made a pact to not drink anything until March 16.  I kind of think I owe her pretty much anything she wants after that very memorable Sunday night, no?  BTW, my neck finally healed.  It hurt for nearly a week.

Pretty please come to TX!  If that doesn't work, maybe I'll just come to San Diego!

Haha, "grace in motion." Love it! And um yeah...pretty sure we owe G for eternity.

I forgot about your neck!!! Buahahaha. Would have loved to hear an explanation for that one if it bruised up more...

Looking at our driving itinerary it will probably only be like an hour or two out of the way to hit Austin (out of 54 hours of driving time, so really it's not much at all). And I expect you to come to San Diego at some point too! G could come also, someone needs to save us from ourselves!!!

Yay!  Obviously I'll be coming to San Diego.  I just meant in 2014 :)  Poor G.  She did say she had fun.  I need to send her flowers.

I love you!  That's amazing!  Considering how incredibly clumsy I am (I nearly broke my hand at kettlebells in December, pulled a muscle in my quad in January and sprained my ankle in February), I don't think I should ever attempt anything like that.  Hahahaha

I did level 2 of the 30 Day Shred this morning, and for the first time got all the way through it without having to take a break for a few seconds!

I'll take a short walk at lunchtime and then do 20-30 minutes of low impact aerobics tonight after work. TGIF!
