Carol you are such an inspiration to all of us and holy moley ! Onederland is 2 POUNDS AWAY!  You have rocked your sleeve..seriously..you are 7 lbs away from being "overweight"..not obese, not severe obesity or morbidly obese..simply "overweight" ...at 385 it seemed so far away..and yet here you are.

Fantastic, Carol!  Whenever newbies come on here asking if "someone can lose over 100 lbs. with VSG" I always think of you and Nikke and how fabulous the two of you have done.

You are my biggest inspiration. When I first started lurking on this board, I read your positive, uplifting comments. I hope you realize how your comments, attitude and positive energy inspire SOOOO many people. It wasn't long ago that you posted when weighed around 240?? and you commented on how now you see that onederland WAS achieveble.....well dear lady, I had NO doubt that you  would get there. I can't wait to read your post when you do! Party on OH!

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!
