Whatcha eating today VSGers? Friday...
I skipped breakfast, only had a cup of coffee. I seem to be doing this more and more lately and so far it's working for me. I simply start eating later in the day and eat into the later hours. This is not on my doctor's program, but it's working for me now and he always tells us to do what works.
Lunch: hot and sour soup from my favorite Chinese restaurant
Dinner: I might just go very light or skip dinner and go straight for late night drinks and seared tuna (my appetizer of choice) when we go out later tonight.
B: Chocolate protein shake
L: Crab patty with tomatillo salsa
D: Turkey and cheese roll ups with spinach
S: Blueberry Greek Yogurt, cheese stick
W: Staring at the bottle. It won't drink itself
V: Done
E: Recumbent bike with hand weights - I've blown it off three days in a row
