What's Your Workout Today VSGers? - Tuesday
So I have been out of touch for a while. I have been in the process of moving. Moving in it's self is a workout when you live on the 2nd floor. So although I have not been to the gym for a while, I have been packing and lifting boxes, going up and down the stairs and then doing everything in reverse at the new place. Tonight is my last night of the moving process. All I have left is cleaning.
It's time to get back to the gym. :)

I have felt the need recently to change up my workouts. I have been doing a pretty easy kettlebell class at the gym. today I started a Bob Harper kettlebell tape that is 50 minutes long, it was pretty good and I am pretty sore this evening. But I was able to get all the way through it no problem. I will do it with lower weight for while till I have the form right, then start increasing weight. My plan is to alternate the tape with a nice hour long brisk walk.
