Oh I've made a mistake.
Oh, girl. I did the same thing a few months back, except I caved to movie theater treats. I thought I was going to die. Lesson learned: my sleeve will ***** slap me if necessary.

I had a similar experience to what some would describe as dumping. I had a little sugar then boom had to run to the bathroom for a while. Not worth it, I also realized alchohol will not be a part of my life any more. My body is setting boundaries which is a good thing 👍😁

I've been reading a lot about carbs lately but mainly sugar carbs. I've learned sugar makes you not only crave sugar but it makes you feel hungry and makes you crave the salts/sweets. Also I read that even sugar free items that use like sweet and lo, etc. that aren't sweet but still taste sweet can cause you to be hungry as well. Just a thought, not sure what you're eating but maybe what I've read can help you as well. If you've started eating sugar or if you eat fruit, you could be sabotaging yourself. I came to a grinding halt once I added fruit in this winter but justified it to myself because normally everyone says fruits and vegetables are good for you. I cut out fruit and I seem to be much less hungry these last few days. Just my 2 cents worth of advice.
