Your favorite VSG-friendly foods

I have tons of favorites -- many of them already listed here! So here are a few I don't think I see here already:
- Chobani Simply 100 Greek Yogurt - 100 calories, all natural, plus 5 grams of fiber per serving!
- Trader Joe's Organic Fully Cooked Sirloin - delicious, low calorie, packed with protein
- Naturally More peanut butter (also almond butter) - all natural with added fiber and protein, including flax seeds - slightly lower in calories than regular peanut butter too.
- Eden Organic onion bay leaf seasoned lentils
- Seapoint farms dry roasted edamame - tons of protein and fiber
- Trader Joe's frozen jumbo sea scallops (this reminds me, I need to take some out to thaw for tonight's dinner)
- Delicious brand marlin jerky - for fish lovers, this comes in lots of flavors and is packed with more protein per calorie than turkey, ostrich, or beef jerky. I buy it from Amazon.
- CarbMaster milk - available at Kroger grocery stores. Has fewer calories (60 per cup), fewer carbs (3 per cup), and more protein (11 grams per cup) than regular skim milk. Comes in plain, vanilla, and chocolate. This is my mainstay for blending up protein shakes.
