Water retention, not enough fluids? Powerade Zero?

The artificial sweetener in Powerade Zero will cause fluid retention. Read the label. It is filled with artificial flavors and dyes and brominated vegetable oil. Throw it out!

You don't have to take my word for it. Research the ingredients yourself. There is a lot of available information.

If it is a manufactured chemical, it is not healthy.

Thanks cindylou! I will def check it out. The retention feeling didn't start until I tried doing jus****er the last fews days, and have come up pretty short on fluid intake.
