Whatcha Eating Today VSGers??? Monday!!
My husband is having his surgery Thursday, so this weekend I cleaned ALL carbs out of the house, and got rid of a bunch of stuff we just don't need to have around! Love that I can open the pantry or fridge - and I only have good choices!

Last night at work I gave in to head hunger. I'm so angry with myself!!! By giving in, I ate meat and cheese, so not off plan as far as the food I chose but I KNEW I wasn't hungry...I just wanted that damn cheese! I'm thinking the craving was hormonal and maybe my body was needing some extra calories. I was VERY tired. I fought it for 2 hours and then just gave in.

D - either tuna and avocado or an asian chicken/zucchini stir fry I'm fixing for my family
E - missed it today. will try and do some kettlebell at work
