Guilty!!! I did it and now fighting not to have more since 3 days ago!! Dangerous too cuz they go down easier than protein.  I'm not even a chip lover!! ????

I am a food addict and a binge eater. So it seems just eating in general is a trigger for me. BUT some things are worse than others. Carbs ,period, will usually set me off, but I am a sweets eater. I love love love chocolate. Cakes, cookies, ice cream, and chocolate bars will set me off for sure.

Not having a lot of food cravings right now since I'm still in the liquid stage post op... Mushies on Friday, WOOT WOOT WOOT... Before surgery it was potatoes, bread, and cake-like sweets. Also, fast food. Hoping I make goal before the cravings come back!

I want- Spaghetti, pizza, chips and dip, soda, garlic bread, mcdonalds double quarter pounder.. the list goes on.. but gotta stay strong! I hate head hunger! Because I am not physically hungry! oh salad! I want a salad with ranch and cheese lol..
