So had my first pureed meal and oh my god was it amazing, but not because it was the first bit of food. My boyfriend is a chef and so he is very creative it was a poached egg with a tomato pesto sauce pureed underneath. It was so yummy. He's excited to finally start cooking for me and I'm excited to see what he comes up with next.

Oh my gosh that sounds good! I start pureed tomorrow. I am having an Eggbeater with a laughing cow cheese wedge and the juice from salsa. Already put it in my MFP diary LOL

My son-in-law is a professional chef and I stayed at their home for two weeks post- op. It was amazing. Now that I'm 14 months out and have real food again, he spoils me. Enjoy your recovery and special meals.
