Wow found this inspiring post for us vets who never reached goal or those struggling.
I did the atkins diet (basically what she did) and lost tons of weight, and gained it right back. It never took away how much i ate, but the carb cravings. With this diet fat is promoted, protein is less, and carbs are minimal. Think of it as a 70/20/10 ratio. The difference now is that we have a sleeve helping us with restriction. I think the combination of the two works the best.
