Thanks for keeping us posted. I was a big fan and was following you both before you went to Mexico and now that you are back. I started on this forum but I am unable to get a sleeve. Got my surgery date for an RNY on January7. Started pre op diet already and 2 shakes and a dense protien meal is not that bad, but it's only the beginning.
