Thank you so much everyone. Dr. Zubowski exceeded my expectations. When I moved the sheet and looked down I cried.. And so did my mother. It was beyond my wildest dreams - hers too. I have already noticed a serious decrease in the swelling. Especially over the past two days. I have flattened out even more than these pictures.

Sooo happy and so proud of you for your success. Dr Z is the best and I can not wait to see when you are fully healed. We have come SO far in a short time, its well deserved!

Thanks for this! I'm looking at getting a referral for a LBL in January. I'm in about a 14/16 pants as well and kept thinking I would have to lose a lot more before trying to do it in order to get good results, but it looks like I may not have to. I've been stable at this weight for about a year, so I don't see things changing any time soon. Did you find that the LBL automatically improved the look of your thighs and butt just by lifting everything up, or do you think you'll be wanting to get your thighs done as well?

Banded 03/22/06  276/261/184 (highest/surgery/lowest)

Sleeved 07/11/2013  228/165 (surgery/current) (111lbs lost)

Honestly my thighs and butt were really okay before surgery because I work them out hard. I run 8-10 miles a week (doesn't sound like a lot but it helps) plus two spin classes and stairmaster so the LBL did help but I was not planning nor do I plan to do my thighs in the future. It will not affect your inner thighs at all, only the outer.
