Stalls
So many I've quit counting them. Around 5 I think. Each at least a week long. One was almost 2.
But right after they broke, the weight came off quick. Sometimes 3 or 4 pounds a day for 4 or 5 days, or a week and then just stop.
I started light weight training last week and in a stall now. I'm ok with it, I'm not gaining, or loosing, just kinda redistributing the weight.
My body continues to change, even if the scale doesn't.
I don't sweat em anymore. Just part of the program for me.

Thank you Melanielw for posting this. I had my two wk appointment last Tuesday and have lost nothing since. I follow my plan to a T and was starting to worry a little. I lost 60lbs prior to surgery and I'm down 18 post-op. I just figured adding some soft solids maybe made by body reel and have to readjust. I appreciate everyone's feedback. I'm just going to go with thr flow. I feel good, can walk the stairs and have been able to walk 30 minutes, no prob. I haven't be able to do those things in so long! Thanks so much to everyone for your great feedback! 😊
I am 6 months post-op and just experienced the longest stall - 1 month - but finally, and for no apparent reason, the scale went down 5 lbs. last week. With that being said, stick to your plan and don't get discouraged (although I did!). From everything I have read, dense protein first, few bites of veggies as tolerated and all the water you can drink - this gets the scale moving. To break the stall, I did start eating more dense protein and less of everything else. Hang in there!
