One month surgaversary

VSG on 11/18/16

Saw my surgeon and dietitian today and both said that I am doing well with the weight loss...33 pounds yay!

I met my first short term goal which was to fit in a size 18 jeans. I rewarded myself with a lingerie splurge from La Senza and La Vie en Rose.

VSG on 11/29/16

Congrats, Donna! I will be a month out on December 29th and have lost 16 lbs since surgery. 33 is terrific! Hoping I can stay on track for the next 3 to 4 days, with family coming in and all the goodies that will be around. I've been researching some low-carb Christmas side dishes, though, so I'll have stuff around that will be good for me. I can't wait to get into my 18's again. Yes, I 've saved them! Probably about another 30 lbs to go, but I'll get there. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
