Topic: RE: Need Water Aerobics Instructions!
Aqua jogger is a leading source of belts, gloves and bells. I also found this site that has a video, which I've seen in the past. http://www.aqua-gear.com/AquaJoggerAJ%20Video-WO.html

I know I'm waaaay late in replying, but I purchase exercise videos from Collegevideo.com. They have a pretty good selection of water aerobic video tapes. Some of the videos also come with audio for poolside use. Check out collagevideo.com and do a keyword search for water aerobics.
Good luck!

Topic: Water aerobics are the best
I do deep water aerobics 4-5 days a week and I absolutely love it. I used to be "allergic" to exercise. I have not had the surgery yet, I have Kaiser Permanente insurance and I know that there are alot of hoops to jump through. I am signed up to go through their "freedom from Diets" class on March 29, 2005 that is supposed to last 12 weeks. I can't wait to hurry up and go through all the tests that they require so that I can be on the other side of the fence.

Topic: Aquarobics in Sacramento, CA?
I would like to return to aquarobics, my favorite form of exercise, however, I don't want to rejoin a gym to do so.
I used to belong to the Alhambra Athletic Club because of their big indoor pool and aquarobics, but, last I checked dues were up to $80 monthly. Nice pool, but I never felt comfortable at the club, itself, and it's costly.
I really enjoy Curves for my thrice weekly exercise, much more so than any other gym, so it's important I stick to what I like.
I now want to add just the aqua portion, without joining a gym. Is there an aqua center in Sacramento that lets you "pay as you go" to the classes?
I've used the YMCA on W Street before, but as I recall, they have no steps into the pool (wall rails only) and it was cumbersome getting in and out of the pool.
Any feedback?
Thank you!
Topic: Help I think I hurt Myself
Help!! how long will it take for muscles to feel better if I hurt my tummy muscles? I had surgery on aug 31. I started to excercise in water. I think I did something. My belly is so sore. It really bad hurts allot. I have sharp pains and continual soreness. If that's what I did, how long will it last? Cause if it is something else, then I will need to go to the dr. I dont want to go needlessly though. Sheila
